I have been using Decom and zplan (for raw Bulhmann). I add in deep stops and pull my 10 ft at 20. I use 35%, 50% (for long exposures) and 100% for deco. For bottom mix I go low O2 and high Helium. If my CNS get up there I do back gas breaks every 20 -25 minutes (for 5 minutes) and count it towards deco. Usually my 20ft stops are fairly short (30 minutes or so) so I end up doing my back gas break half way through the stop if I'm worried about CNS. I log my dives on a nitrox computer (set to 50% so it does not lock out) and run my actual profiles after the dive to see how I did on deco. So far I have found out that I can do 2/3 of my 20 foot stop (using decom) and get out of the water with no problems. I have been diving like this for a while now, and have had good results. I have been tested for a PFO, so I don't have to worry about that. -Jon -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
