Yes, you're on the right track. however, you might want to try building tolerance by breathing Argon. The Argon has a narcotic effect similar to Nitrous Oxide and in addition to building a tolerance to narcosis, since Argon has no life support capability, you can also build a tolerance to deep water blackouts!
