>Actually I just found a web page from another supplier, McMasters-Carr, I just stumbled on M-C myself - I've known about them for years, but never could get a catalog from them, and had been told they sold only to big companies/municipalities, and not individuals and smaller bizs (or letterhead shops). Turns out they will, happily, and they'll sell in any quantity - I know of a guy who'll order one bolt from them rather than bothering to go the the hardware store. They are also incredibly fast. The catch is, they are incredibly stingy with their catalogs - you just about got to be a fortune 500 company to get one. But if you can get your hands on an old one, or have the patience to wade through their online catalog you can buy from them. Get through that and they got neat hard to find stuff - Viton and poly O-rings, SS braided/teflon HP hoses (for $12!) , and Haskel-style boosters for $2000. Also a lot of oddball materials that are usually impossible to obtain in small quantities, like sheets of neoprene and silicon rubber, delrin, SS, in case you are planning on building a reg from scratch. -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
