I know that a lot of good things had been said about the Halcyon equipment,
but I have just received my package today from Halcyon and I have to express
my feelings to the people are still considering about getting/replacing
diving equipment.

I received the total Halcyon package including both of the 18# and 65#
wings. I have used a lot different equipment brands over the years, and
Halcyon products are, by far, of the best quality as far as material,
workmanship and attention to details. The wings look absolutely
indestructible: with built-in handle, rubber tire inner tube under the
zipper area, hose strain relief, short corrugated hose, pull dump ball
removed, angled inflator. The new adjustable crotch strap is very nice
(drysuit / birthday suit). Bent D-rings. etc.

Too bad that Halcyon had not been around the last couple of years as that
would have saved me a lot of money from trying different equipment
configurations and brands. The Halcyon package looks like it will last a
lifetime of diving (I average around 200 dives a year). So if you are still
looking, I recommend Halcyon whole-heartedly.

Now, if I could only decide on the best rebreather under $7500 ?
