I've tried to explain that yes, I have lots of indicators, but you just
don't listen.
You need the quotes, because there are real Captains out there who treat
paying customers with dignity and respect, and we need to be able to tell
the difference between them and you.
You've represented your employer and your boat so well here that I will
never set foot on it, "captain".
You have cost your employer my business, and you think it's my fault.
You don't see any of my employees on here talking trash about customers,
do you?
Why do you think that is?
I'll give you a clue, it's one of the main differences between you and a
real Captain.
I know you won't understand, but you keep trying, "captain".
