Strike two.

I only dive off of boats that have a captain who is a native speaker of 
American English.

(That way, he'll understand me when I say I'm taking over his boat, and 
we're turning back for my buddy).

So you're eliminated on two counts, one of misdemeaner English as a 
Second Language, and felony stupidity in dealing with potential customers.
