Subject: Sterling=Oceanic?

Hi Techmasters,

	I was recently told by a local dive shop owner that the Sterling
adjustable reg is a clone of, and made in the same factory as, the Oceanic
Delta reg.  Does anyone know if this is true?  Does anyone know anything about
Sterling equipment?  The story is that the only difference between the two
is the outer casing.  I would be interested if this is true because the
Sterling is 2/3 the price of the Delta.  Thanks alot!!
