Memorial Day weekend A diver from the Long Island NY area arrived with a
brand new set of PST 94's manifolded together.  After the second fill ( to
normal working pressure) we observed a vertical crack in the tank from band
to band.  The tank was quickly drained.  Please be aware of this the serial
# was 549518 and was hydrostaticaly tested in April of 1997  imagine what
could have happened if this thing let loose.  we are convinced that the
bands are the only factor that held the tanks together.
