You have to hear this:

A week ago, a diver died diving off Brindisi, Southern Italy.
Apparently there were two fisherman that saw some bubbles, not seeing any
surface marking buoy, (which is mandatory by law, specially when you diving
off shore) they thought they found fishes!
As they usually do, they did trow some dynamite to the bubbles, (they have
been in prison before, because of that, and explosive detention).
The diver was killed!
But the diver had relatives on the shore, and they alerted the police.
The police found out that this diver was fishing in a forbidden area with a
sparegun (he was known for that!), which is forbidden, and that is way he
had no buoy.

Unfortunately, it is all true.
