It leaves the right side free for the light canister . Your left hand holds the light head. Your right hand runs the scooter. The hogarthian package is a total package. You can't really goof around with the major components and expect it to work well.. Best of all it is the cheapest way to go. If you don't like it you can still become a stroke and not loose much cash in the process.
