Alan, I never said the instructor was the good guy, there is no doubt that a terrible thing has happend. The fact is that there are instructors out there that shouldn't be teaching. There are also students out there that should speak up when they are ask to per- form beyond their skill or experience level. You, me or anyone else is going to be able to take away the inadequate instructors of the world but on the other hand we can educate the students in what to look out for. Most diver deaths are due to diving beyond skill or training level. I do recognize the name and I am deeply sorry for you loss. ---NAUI 7874 wrote: > > > In a message dated 5/6/98 7:45:58 PM, you wrote: > > >James Edwards wrote: > > > >> Jeff, > >> > >> We live in an imperfect world, you are asking that Tom > >> be responsible for the actions- > > your f---in a right > > you have no idea what happened > > I suggest you take off the stupidity blinders and reread all the posts > > if you feel he is still a good guy then I suggest that you be his buddy from > now on, do not worry he will not abandon you also.
