A while ago I recall reading an article in some mag bemoaning the CEN reg standards saying that the standards were too low to encourage high performance reg design. Also, since they didn't allow positive pressure breathing, the article said, many US regs would either be driven off the European market, or have to be detuned to meet CEN standards before they could be sold there. Anyone know is this really happened, or were they just overreacting? Is there a difference between US and Euro versions due to the standards? I notice Scubapro claim that all their regs sold here meet the CEN standard. -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
