     Thanks to all those people who gave me advice on the use of the 
     isolation manifold.  Almost all of you advised that the best method 
     was to have the isolator valve fully open when using a hogarthian 
     configuration. This was the conclusion I was coming to, but it is good 
     to have your thoughts confirmed by others.
