On the channel 4 (NYC) local news the last couple of nights they have been running a short fluff piece called "Treasure Divers". Last night's installment was a story on divers from VA that were diving on a wreck called the Juno (sp?) looking for some sort of treasure and apparently one of the divers was killed. The segment was very vague about when this took place and what exactly happened. The news guy said the diver "forgot to decompress". Anyway, does anyone from down there know anything about this? Was there a recent thread on the list about it? I haven't been keeping up with the posts.
