Here is an equation describing how much "extra" O2 you need when topping with air to blend a given FO2 at a given final pressure: deltaP = ((FO2 - .21) / .79) * finalP However, in all seriousness, if you don't feel comfortable deriving these tables or equations yourself (you need to know the ideal gas laws and some basic algebra), please think twice about blending (or even diving) nitrox.
