Subject: Micro-bubble and other cumulative hazards

   Hi all,

I'm new to the list, and I should probably introduce myself. My name
is John, and I live in Southern California. I've been diving since '92 or
so, and have started to get away from the standard dive attractions. I'm
now doing work at the Wrigley Institute for Environmental Studies on
Catalina, and some other other project type-stuff. I'm also interested in
doing some more wreck diving.

I would like to find more information on non-symptomatic and
cumulative effects of deep diving. There seems to be a lot of
mis-information in the tech-diving community, and I would like to find out
more about things like blood vessel rupture, spinal damage, etc so that I
can make a better choice as to where I want to go with diving. I see
people doing deep air dives and have to wonder if that is such a great
idea. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,

John Norman
