Hi all,

I just bought an AUL "Gavin" Light and was wondering what the proper way to
store it is when I'm not using it. I've been told several different things.

Here they are:

1) keep the battery pluged in at all times to the charger, no matter how long
it will sit.

2) Charge it, unplug it, then store it with the lid off if I'm not using it
for awhile

3) If I'm diving that day or the next.....charge it, unplug it, let it of gas
for at least 30 mins, then close the lid. 

I am not sure exactly what to do and would like some advice. The light will
sit for up to a month without being used sometimes.
