Peter,

I had already explained the whole scenario before.

It's simple, leave the isolator open. That way you ALWAYS have access 
to all of your gas. The isolator ONLY GETS SHUT WHEN YOU NEED TO SHUT 
IT BECAUSE OF ANOTHER POTENTIAL 100% GAS FAILURE.

This stuff is very basic.
