Todd- I don't know if they are BRLs or not, I didn't keep the packaging. They seem to do the job OK for my uses (non-video). They are rated at 2000 hours so burning out is not much of a worry. I keep a 50, 75 & 100 on hand for use in varying conditions. Compared to my old pelican, the AUL is the difference between night & day (no pun intended).
