Kevin,
They are the same.  USD got the exclusive sales of pressed steel tanks.  
:-(
I ordered some Taylor-Wharton tanks that have almost the exact same specs 
as the PST's.
The only current retailer that is releasing the Taylor-Whartons is 
"Tanks-D-Art".
