Myself?  I do it everytime I feel the need to practice the skill.

Since we are talking about tech gear on techdiver I assume you are using
manifolded doubles?  How do you intend to inflate your wings in the
event that you have some sort of regulator failure that causes you to
shut down your right side post?  Or is your gear designed so that you
loose your ability to control buoyancy when you shut down a reg?
