I am just tired of all this crapola. An objective read of the history links at www.wkpp.org shows that operations under the umbrella of a "project" began in 1986, presumably Mr. Main and Mr. Turner had been diving for some time prior to that. The four deaths listed there are Bill McFadden , Parker Turner, Sheck Exsley and Sherwood Schille. Mr. Exsley died outside the WKPP in Mexico, Mr.McFadden and Mr. Schille died accidentally and their demise lead to changes in WKPP procedures. Mr. Turner died when the cave collapsed upon him. The actual number of dives attempted or completed is not listed so no statictical analysis can be made and any attempt to do so is intellectually dishonest at best, if not an out and out lie. Of course if they put up actual numbers it would probably only make Mr. Gannon's comments look even more foolish. In case you haven't noticed this is why they refer to all northeasters as pot smoking fools, and this kind of commentary makes us all look bad. Please stop.
