I was surfing the IANTD web site and noticed a compressor lubricant called BAP 1000 that replaces conventional compressor oil and makes the compressor "Nitrox Compatible". Now my question is, if one uses this, does this eliminate the need for "hyper-filtration"? In other words, is a "stock" filter setup that comes whith standard compressors sufficient for pumping nitrox when used with this new lubricant (assuming partial pressure filling)? Also, how much does this stuff cost per gal?
