Man, this is just too tempting.  I have all kinds of smart ass comments
just waiting, (like "depends on the size of your crotch", etc, etc) but I
am above that.

The real answer is that when scootering the 1" webbing will be a tad
uncomfortable as it digs into those regions while the 2" distributes the
pressure over a greater area.  Was that tactful enough?  There are others
who will, I am sure, offer a more graphic desciption.
