Greetings. Don't know how it would work in an inkjet printer (never tried it), but we had good luck a few years back with the waterproof paper (really some type of writable plastic) made by Nalgene. The downside is that it's expensive, but it was VERY durable underwater for data sheets, etc. and could be run through modern, low-temp. copy machines. Pencils worked great u/w, and it took permanent markers (Sharpies) quite well.
