A body floated up above the 300 foot deep area off of Jupiter this morning. It is now being taken to the Medical Examiner, for ID etc.,. Our guess is this would be the student , Mike Elkins, as it was found with no tanks on, but with wet suit intact. Our assumption at this time, is that Andre and/or John Claypool, must have tried to remove the tanks, in order to get the heavily weighted body of Elkins off of the bottom. Since they never made it up, the body stayed on the bottom untill now, where gas inside or other effects, caused it to surface this morning. This would indicate that we will find the other two bodies and Elkin's gear, exactly in the area we are looking. I'll provide an update when we've heard from the Med. Examiner. And we will be out again on Saturday to complete the grid. We should zero in Saturday.
