Re: David Woods message that he "acquired" Northeast Scuba. 

We must have a different definition of what it means to acquire a business.
In my book, when you purchase a business you buy the assets, liabilities, 
and any goodwill.  That's not what David Woods did. He simply bought the 
assets of Northeast and leased the building.  The outstanding debt which 
accumulated under the old owners is still outstanding with folks like 
Randy (and myself) basically left holding the bag.
