Jon,

I suspect that what you call 'Heizer' are the Heiser tanks. I have some myself
and they
seem much less prone to rust than e.g. the Faber tanks. The paint has come off
my tanks in
several spots and it took a lot of ocean diving before corrosion set in. Also,
they ARE
heavier than the Fabers and as a consequence of that (coupled with same
dimentions) also
more negative.
