The webbing is a thicker polyester webbing like the Scubapro Supercinch
cylinder strap webbing. It does not stretch when wet. This webbing is in
test at the moment to confirm that the shoulder D-rings/slides do not slip
under load.

Any comments on back plates in general are always appreciated.
