The whole reason we dive so close to the shipping lanes is that not every ore carrier that enters one end of the lane comes out the other. ObCaving: I've seen a veteran Great Lakes wreckdiver come out of her first cave dive with a huge grin, saying "Caves are Happy Places!!!" Warm water, great viz, no weather; what more could you ask for, other than some shipwrecks somewhere back in the systems, and maybe for karst country not to be so far to drive to.
