Hello everyone.  I'm new to the list and I just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm a PADI certified divemaster (DM39230) and have been diving since 1987.  
I have been inactive for the last 4 years so I only have a little over 100 
dives, mostly lakes.

I am getting interested in nitrox diving and I am planning on taking a 
course sometime this year. I am also planning on buying new gear sometime 
in the future.  My interests are beginning to move toward "tech" diving, 
which is why I joined the list.  I have also been reading the rec.scuba 
newsgroup. 

Question:
In the newsgroup there has been talk of a "WPB incident" and "bondage 
wings".
What happened and what are "bondage wings"?
