Buy Apeks they perform flawlessly.  I have the US4 first stage with TX40   
second stage.  This is the non-environmentally sealed first stage with   
the standard LP port sizes, no swivels or turrets.  The second stage only   
has  a venturi adjustment, no breathing resistance.  (Beware the "normal"   
first stage has an oversized LP port.) This choice was bought for   
reliability.  They cost me 130 UKP about 9 months ago in O2 service and   
with a long hose.  The environmentally sealed turreted and with   
adjustable TX50 second stage costs UKP 255.  I bought what I did for   
reliability not price.
