Subject: Beuchat, Zeagle, Apex ?

Howdy,
I looked through the archives with no results.  :-(

Anyone know if the Beuchat VX10 and Apex have the same first stage as the 
Zeagle?  I can't get the Zeagle locally and probably the Apex either as I 
believe it is only available overseas.  Also, does the VX10 have the 
anti-freeze vane in the second stage like the others.
