Carl, Yes, the world's highest skydive was from 100,000 feet. He wore a pressure suit to keep his blood and body fluids from boiling. I do not remember the pressure at that altitude, but it was basically nonexistent. His terminal velocity at that altitude was over 500 hundred miles per hour. On one attempt, he passed out from spinning around so fast and was lucky to have an ADD (Automatic Deployment Device) to activate a reserve.
