Dean, If that is in fact your actual name, which is highly dobutful. I don't give a hoot about what a phoney, email nickel rocket, personal preference stroke like you thinks about what I say. Get this straight, the WKPP operates under exemptions and permits issued by government agencies, including extensive liability waivers which exempt our gas suppliers from tortious actions. Take the cotton out of your ears Derky, we are not talking abouts laws here, merely policies adopted by private companies to avoid liability. In general this has hurt all of us, especially when we are diving outside the aegis of the WKPP. Why do think I put this out? Dean or whatever your real name is, why don't you mail me from your real account so that I can entertain everyone with your intelleigent commentary and give then an actual address to send you many polite responses?
