The current approach doesn't seem to be working all that well. . . Roger may think he can just access or have the information he wants delivered on request, and for that he may be a little naive. But at least he's thinking/trying. If the same effort went into helping him instead of slamming him, he may of gotten somewhere by now, or come up w/ a better idea. . .
