Christ, what a clusterfuck. It does not take much, some lousy pool time would have shown this guy that his gear sucks. But instead he took the advice of some know-nothing moron, hell he paid the guy for this information, and what happened? He's dead, the instrokter went with him as well did a third. Just 3 steps would have been the students salvation. Jumping in a pool and sinking like a rock is the first step. This is realization. The second step is to _not do the dive_ once you've discovered that your gear don't work. This is action. The third step is telling your moron instrokter to *take a hike*. This is finalization.
