SUBJECT: Body Position                                                         



I have two questions. First, does it really matter what position you 
are in while you are doing a deco hang? I prefer to be horizontal but 
others have suggested an upright position. Does it really matter?   
   Next question. When planning the amount gas I'll need for a dive I 
have a very good feel for my SAC rates, but someone told me your SAC 
rate for 100% O2 will be much lower. I have a good guesstimate of my 
SAC at 30ft on up, but no hard data on what my consumption has been for 
O2 in the past. Any ideas?
