In a message dated 98-01-12 19:56:47 EST, you write: << I say nothing stupid but aparently you are like one of those spoiled little kids that has to have everything his own way or he cries to his daddy as is apparent by your actions and words. One of the biggest criteria in diving is attitude and probably the reason that you aren't feeding the fishes right now is primarily due to the large amount of luck (maube theres horse shoes alongside that bat). >> Steve George's attitude stems from that fact that he is tired of watching trusting divers die because they were told that something was perfectly wonderfully safe such as deep air. I have seen first hand what narcosis can do to a diver and if it wasn't for some quick action that diver would be dead now. So get a life read your own worlds and learn from the mistakes of all those divers who have died in the past year diving deep on air. Since he is at the forefront of exploration I think he earned the right to be pissed off at the assine bullshit that is being taught in spight of the many recent accidents. Some people need to be slapped across the face when they are acting irrational and that is what george does, gives the irrational a verbal slapping which they well deserve.
