Steve, I cannot believe the stupidity of this post! Where have you been? Are you not aware of the LARGE number of recent and past deaths from diving deep on air? Where are you getting your information from anyway? There was a list that was compliled not to long ago by George Irvine. Perhaps it should be posted again before some rocket scientist actually thinks you are providing sound, logical advice. In a previous post you claim to perform SAR and commercial diving! I'm interested in the type of commercial diving you do. Most divers don't consider picking up the lid of some boater's grill on the bottom of a lake a commercial dive.
