gentlemen, at the risk of flames (which I could give a shit about) i would like to offer a fix for the dilema (if there is one) to the """blow up wings"""",,,,,REAL SIMPLE install a """"slow flow"""" nipple on the bc inflator....this will cover the dilema of a runaway 1st stage. the slow flow has 2 SMALL holes to let the gas into the bc.... very slow to inflate ....butt....very ....precise...you will not """overfill""" bc and have to dump a-bit....a nice easy ....slow fill,,,it stops the yo....yo///effect .... for the seasoned diver ,,,,you know this already,,,this flame free post is for the NEWBEES.....also....with a slowflow nipple if you do have a runaway,,,,,you have MORE than enough time to disconnect the inf...hose... i cant stand up to close scrutiny on this issue cause,,, I dont wear no stinkin BC DRY SUIT and dats it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....buttt the slow flow is the way to go....
