When Nanci said "Two divers for each triangular hole" she meant (I think :-)
a _maximum_ of two divers per hole.  Effectively each tethered diver is
solo - their tender is their buddy.  With attentive tenders entanglement
isn't too much of a problem with two divers in the hole.

The advantage of a seperate safety diver is that they have full tanks and 
dry regs - the second diver in the hole may not have enough air/energy to
do the whole search sweep.

I think the "team of 5" means 2 divers, 2 tenders, and a safety diver
NOT five divers in the water as Chuck suggests.  Sean's example illustrates 
the need to have people on the surface to keep the hole open.

I know at least one person who has decided to stop using full face masks
in cold water - the rationale being that if he had a problem that required
going to a spare mask he didn't want to be dealing with the "AAAAUUUUGHHHH"
at that stage too.  Better to get it out the way at the beginning of the
dive.
