George,

I assume you are referring to T. O'Leary.  If you are, I do not know him
and have never spoken to him.  I understand that he is the contact for
NAUI's tech diving program.  I did try to contact him today so that I
could get a few questions answered regarding cross-overs from IANTD.

Earlier in the week someone asked for contact info on T. O'Leary.  He
can be reached at (956) 761-7986.  His e-mail address is:

I do know Bill, he is not involved in technical diving although he an
extremely capable recreational dive instructor.
