My understanding is that SCUBA tanks in metric lands are usually referred
to by their actual water capacity volume and their rated pressure - such as
an "11 liter 200 bar tank".
How are big industrial tanks referred to? Same as SCUBA tanks, by the water
capacity/pressure rating, or by the total contents (since that is after all
what one is actually paying for)?
