Joel, it was deep air and lack orf redundency - he took a stage of gas
and a stage of air - ( no other mix bottle)  , had a problem , as did
his buddy who was in the same config, and died in a cluster . It don't
get any clearer than that.

The "analysis" is simple - don't dive deep on air, dive redunend gear in
onverhead environments. Next case. You guys all want to be nice guys and
make up nosense, the guy is dead, and we can learn from it.
