Um, you might be referring to me, but at least three other
people have translated it.  For the record (and because
I've been asked by about 20 people for a copy): I'd be happy
to publish the translation, except that I didn't really
translate it - I just read it about a hundred times until
I understood it, so I don't have any hard copy.
