Here a good exampel on Fatal Stupidity.

I patient at our local hospital who received O2 supply from a mask, layed
the mask on her chest and lighted a smoke.
A glow from the cigarette falled down on her O2 enriched chest and burned
down the hole damn bed.
The patient is alive but the condition is unstabel and critical.

So do not smoke in bed with your O2 deco regulator freeflowing ;-)
