Mark,

After extensive testing of Doppler's and related theories it has been 
determined that red tanks cause the least amount of hydrodynamic drag. It 
seems that due to the absorption of red light at depth, red tanks will 
absorb light rays rather than reflecting them, and as a result fewer 
drag-inducing photons are emitted. I've painted all my tanks red and as a 
result I am able to increase my speed and efficiency underwater a 
considerable amount.
