Right on the target Will! I always thought that switching from a high Helium mix, to no Helium and high Nitrogen, would be a bad idea. I thought that a "thick" Nitrogen ongassing would act as a barrier to a "light" Helium offgassing. But even Buhlman book (4th Edition) or Bennet and Elliot do not consider the gradient during offgassing. And you actually get a shorter deco the deeper you switch to air or Eanx. All deco software produce the same result more or less. But a shorter deco doesn't mean a better one, it is just a mathematical model. Is the next version of Z-Plan taking this into consideration? (I would also like to have a Runtime and CNS exposure for every stop.)
