I think I and others like me should
be grand fathered in on this, how ever
they are stateing the requirement of these
awards. First let me say I know nothing
about what the NACD requires for there
award. I am sorry and was not fair in what
I said all together. I do know the NSS-CDS
will not issue there's to a non member.
Even though you may hold a cert through
them. I have asked Ginnie springs if the
log book would be accepted, but have had 
no response yet. I don't know, maybe they
are thinking about it.
